Meet the Team

  • Lindsay Levin

    FOUNDER

Lindsay began her career at Bain and Company in London and went on to become an entrepreneur known for creating people-focused cultures and for business turnarounds. She founded the social enterprise Leaders’ Quest in 2001 to help grow leaders across business and civil society who are capable of shaping a more sustainable, inclusive future. This work took her all over the world, building partnerships with people from all backgrounds.

In 2020, Lindsay co-founded TED Countdown with TED — a global initiative to amplify and accelerate solutions to the climate crisis. Countdown’s media has already reached 280M people, and supported the Audacious project in generating $1.6bn in philanthropic funding for climate related initiatives.

Lindsay’s latest  start-up, the Blue Dot Collective, is focused on how we develop connection and compassion to address some of humanity’s big problems. Her time is spent working across Leaders’ Quest, TED Countdown and Blue Dot, and she also serves as a facilitator with Uniting for a Shared Future, an Israeli-Palestinian leadership coalition, working for a just and peaceful future in the region. Lindsay lives in New York City with her husband David. They have two sons based in New York with their families, and a third son in LA.
