Julie Dickman, CHIEF OF STAFF
Julie is a program lead working at the intersection of climate and peacebuilding. As Chief of Staff at Blue Dot Collective, she runs complex initiatives and keeps things moving — including work to shape how we talk about climate and conflict and build the narratives that drive action. Educated between Italy and Israel, she is based in Washington, D.C.
Mei Gong, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND OPERATIONS LEAD
Mei leads operations including IT, systems and finance She has 30 years of experience assisting C-level executives. A native New Yorker, she enjoys exploring the city, discovering new restaurants, and camping with her family in the Catskill Mountains.
